Florida Amateur Baseball League

The Florida ABL (Amateur Baseball League) is the premier men's baseball league. If you're over 18, and have the competitive nature to play baseball, not softball, this is the place to play.  We have a North Florida Division, South Florida Division, Tampa Bay Division, and a Central Florida Division. Regardless of where you live in Florida, and you want to play baseball, this is the place to play.  Some leagues have "modified" baseball rules. In the Florida ABL, we play baseball the way it should be played. There is no such thing as an extra hitter in the batting lineup here. There is no such thing as a courtesy runner here. If you hit, you run. Don't sell yourself short.
